Chandra is the founder and CEO of Bioharmony Therapeutics, a biotech company developing novel treatments for bacterial infections. Prior to that, Chandra spent eight years at the Aaron Diamond AIDS Research Center at Rockefeller University developing vaccines to prevent viral and bacterial infections. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship in the department of infectious diseases at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and earned her PhD from the Department of Microbiology at New York University’s School of Medicine (known now as NYU Grossman School of Medicine). Chandra is a member of Trinity’s COVID-19 medical advisory team. Additionally, she is a member of this year’s Trinity Fund Committee and a current class representative for Grade Nine. She and her spouse, Subroto Paul, are parents to Lila ’25.
